Morales is getting killed. Maidana's easily my favorite boxer. Him training with Rudy Perez is only a good thing. WAR CHINO

Maidana is going to destroy Morales.

This matchmaking is borderline criminal.

I had to suffer through Morales' going from 41-1 to 42-7 (iirc) and it was horrible.

WORSE was that he got ROBBED in his "last" fight, when he challenged for the WBC LW title.

Since the return, he's been a shell of himself.

BUT I HAVE FAITH, WAR MORALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As unlikely as it may be, what an event if he somehow pulls this off though.

Morales showed he still has a little bit left. Either that, or he showed that every great fighter always has one great fight left.

If not for the eye injury from the first round, this could've been a different fight with Morales winning decisively. Morales clearly was unable to fight at the same tempo he use to, but he made his punches count. The fact that he fought like that and punched with so much accuracy with his vision severely impaired was remarkable.

This fight was great. Maidana looked sloppier than normal and Morales has an iron chin and heart. Dude keep pushin and even won more than several rounds. I actually thought he won. Great fight though, i would love to see a rematch.
